Deforming the cube skill dogmatism

Deformed cube Click the icons on left for general descriptions of
my mutant cube strategy experiments and related
files or my GnuBG settings to replicate my results
and/or to run your own experiments by modifying
my Python scripts.

Experiments 1 through 8: These are not really cube strategy experiments but were done
as calibrating tests for my scripts and to establish some base lines for my later mutant
cube skill experiments. They aimed at establishing the advantage gained from winning
the opening roll, the value of owning the cube from the very beginning of the game, etc.
that you may find interesting.

Experiments 9 through 17: These are actual mutant cube strategy experiments to show
that even the crudest of such strategies can win more than what could be expected from
their ER/PR rates and that more elaborately concocted strategies come close to being as
good as GnuBG 3-ply and even GnuBG 4-ply. Further refined mutant strategies may very
well achieve even better results but that would go against the spirit of my arguments.

Experiments 21 through 30: These are mutant checker play experiments, with or without
the cube, to offer empirical support for my various cube skill vs checker skill arguments,
with GnuBG playing against either or both mutant cube and checker play strategies, and
to find answers to various other curiosity questions, at different skill levels.
