and simple; no "privately negotiated confidential amounts".
There has always been a myth about more expensive being better. Now there is also Realty Vision.
Software licensing:
Realty Vision group licences are priced per user, in increments of 50, and include one "hub" software license for the group. They are offered under the following three different arrangements:
1 - Cash purchase: One time payment of $500.00/user.
2 - Lease to own : Monthly payments of $20.00/user for 36 months.
3 - Perpetual lease: Monthly payments of $10.00/user, with renewable 36 month contracts.
Note: while it can be used by individual agents/offices, we are currently unable to offer single-copy licenses. Source code license:
A user group may license Realty Vision source code for $25,000.00, as an addition to any of the above licenses, with the sole purpose of modifying or enhancing it for the use of its own members. Software support:
Free phone support for six months, through one designated contact person per
group (who must receive at least 3 days of training). Extended support may
be obtained at $125.00/month (with 8 hours/month, 100 hours/year limits)
or at $40.00/hour (charged in increments of 30 minutes). Installation & training:
A typical installation, including a 3-day user training, is expected to take 4.5 days, at the rate of $250.00/day plus any air-fare, lodgeing, meals, etc. (approximately $1,750.00-2,000.00 total). Data conversion:
This is one task for which we can't quote a standard price. As the format, volume and quality of
existing data varies, each case needs to be evaluated and estimated individually.
