Realty Vision has a visual calendar that keeps track of up
to 10 appointments or events per day, such as meetings,
trips, phone calls, due dates, etc. It is a 12 month rotating
calendar that eliminates re-entering of the events recurring
every year on the same date, such as birthdays, holidays,
anniversaries, etc.
- Events are shown as icons for the selected month and are listed with their description next to their
corresponding icons for the selected day.
- The calendar can be searched using partial ketwords like "Joe.." to find any events involving "Joe",
such as his birthday, a scheduled meeting with him, etc.
The entire calendar or a selected part of it can be printed
showing one month per page, looking like the pages of a
wall calendar.
There is no need to enter events involving your buyers or
sellers into the yearly calendar, as those are handled by
the contact management functions of buyers and sellers
modules, in the form of to-do lists.
- To-do lists for events related to buyers and sellers can be printed for a selected date range, which
may be anywhere from a single day to several years.
- The printed calendar-month pages list the daily events by their full descriptions.
Realty Vision also gives you a simple floor-duty scheduling
function that produces printed output similar to the calendar
pages, showing the names of agents sheduled for each day.
As Realty Vision already knows the agents who work in any
office, all you need is to pick a starting agent name and type
the number of agents to be on floor duty for each day of the
week, allocating more agents for busy days, none for closed
days, etc.
