Desktop Module - Accounts, maps

Realty Vision's income-expense tracking functions are very
simple and easy to use, yet very flexible. One of its useful
features is the two-way categorizing which enables you to
see, for example, all the advertising expenses among other
expenses for a given property and the advertising expenses
for a given property among all other advertising expenses.

- Realty Vision doesn't offer all the functions that may be found in full-featured accounting software
but offers import and export functions in Intuit Quicken compatible format, allowing you to share
and integrate your data with other accounting software.

Among the many report types offered by Realty Vision, there
are transaction detail and summary reports which can be set
to sub-categorize transactions within classes or to sub-class
them within categories. Cash transactions can be segregated
and reported on as a separate account

All reports can be produced for any selected date range and
previewed on the screen before printing.

- Realty Vision's memorizing features and drop-down lists facilitate the data entry process.
- A separate backup/restore function just for this module is also included for additional safety.

Due to its design and data structure, Realty Vision is ready
to be easily interfaced with several affordable, off-the-shelf
mapping software and already includes an interface for one
such software. This feature enables you to show the results
of property searches as icons on street-level detailed maps
and also help you figure out the best showing routes. Other
features such as editing or saving of maps may be available
depending on the individual mapping software used.
