Realty Vision word processor is very simple to use without
the clutter of functions that may be needed to write a book
but unnecessary for typing letters and postcards. It allows
you to use true-type fonts of all typefaces, sizes and colors
with all alignment, formatting and editing features you need.

You may type, preview and print complete letters from within

mailing functions. If you have your signature made into a font
or store it in digitized format in your personal profile record, it
will be printed under your name and title during a mail-merge.
You can print four postcards per page on blank or preprinted
stock with the same mail-merge features available for letters.

Realty Vision's powerful mail functions enable you to send
form letters and post-cards to mail-merged addresses from
buyers, sellers, agents and offices files selectively.
An on-screen browser allows you to visually select a letter
or post-card from your documents database. In addition to
an optional zip-sorting feature, Realty Vision will also print
your bulk permit number (if you have one) on envelopes.
- The salutation and sentiment fields may be mail-merged as specified in the buyers and sellers
own profile records or temporary default values may be entered and used during a mail-merge.
When printing labels, Realty Vision lets you specify which
label number to start with on the first page, saving you from
wasting partial label pages left over from previous printings.
When printing envelopes, you may opt to print or omit your
return address. Realty Vision also gives you the capability
of printing a stamped message, such as "urgent", "fragile",
