Properties Module - Profiles

Real Estate software should store more information than
classified ads, so that agents can utilise their time doing
better things than playing telephone-tag with other agents
in order to answer buyer's questions. Realty Vision allows
100+ data elements (with unlimited descriptive fields) and
500+ features (all of which can be used at the same time).

- Automaticly generates listing numbers unique to each office within a listing exchange organization.
- Unshared listings are stored and searched with the shared ones but not uploaded to the "hub".
- Listings can be manually "tagged" to create an arbitrary data set for special processing.
- Telephone icons on this screen and others automaticly dial applicable phone numbers.

All displayed and printed information in Realty Vision are
spelled out in plain English, eliminating any difficulties that
cryptic abreviations cause to both agents and customers.
Although they are stored as codes, even the features are
fully spelled out when printed in reports.

Unlimited size formatted text fields eliminate telegram like
descriptions that are characteristic of most other software.

- Non-restrictive drop-down lists facilitate data entry by providing most commonly used values.
- Required or critical field values are accepted only after logical or table look-up validations.
- Certain fields like "agent last name" triggers automatic filling of other related fields such as "first
name", "office name", "phone number", "city", "county", etc. to further reduce data entry efforts.

Consistent and sometimes humorous icons used throughout
the system make learning and using functions very easy.

A fully maintainable and searchable listings archive allows an
unlimited amount of historical data, while relieving the current
listings database for faster searches. Selected sets or single
records can be transferred from one database to the other,
at any time and in either direction.

- Individual records can be located by scanning any data field, using flexible wildcard patterns.
- The open nature of the file formats makes exporting data into other aplications possible.
- Fields like "langitude and latitude" allow interfacing to affordable, off-the-shelf mapping software.
- "Old listing number" field links all records for a certain property in a "historical data chain".

Realty Vision stores up to 4 property pictures of unlimited
colors. The pictures are stored internally within the structure
of the listings database (not as hundreds of separate image
  files in dozens of subdirectories!)

Entering pictures in Realty Vision is as easy as pasting them
from the "clipboard" or importing them from image files of
many popular formats, with just a few mouse clicks.
