Properties Module - Searches

Searches are as easy as entering the relevant criteria and
clikcing an icon. The resulting data set may be presorted in
various orders and remains available until the next search.
Often used sets of search criteria can be named and saved.
Later they can be recalled and rerun without retyping them.

- Search criteria fields may contain wildcard templates such as a partial address, owner name, etc.
- The resulting data set can be "tagged/untagged" for nested searches or other special purposes.
- The resulting data set can also be used to "transfer" records between the current and archive files.
- A "sold cut-off date" field prevents the selection of sold data too old for current CMA's.

Realty Vision includes countless reports, all professionally
designed and printed as you see them on your screen. When
appropriate, there are two versions of the same reports: agent
versions being less ornate but with complete information and
more attractive customer versions without confidential data.

A built-in feature allows custom reports created by the users
to be fully integrated into Realty Vision.

- All information in all reports are spelled out in English, no codes or abbreviations to decipher.
- Customer oriented reports include a disclaimer message that can be edited by the user.

Reports can be sent directly to the printer to save time or
they can be viewed on the screen prior to printing. The full
page preview option allows you to see exactly how a report
     will look when printed.

If you have a fax-modem and fax driver installed, you may
fax any report directly from Realty Vision just as you were
     printing them.

- Realty Vision allows full access to your printer controls, such a darkness, number of copies, etc.
- With multi-page reports, you may select and print only the pages you need.

Realty Vision reports are produced in full-color.

Even the gray-scale reports produced on black-and-white
laser printers are far superior to the limited dot-matrix look
of obsolete, character based systems. But if you use a
color printer, the quality of dazzling color reports Realty
Vision produces would only be limited by the capabilities
  of your printer.
